Use Amazon.ca orders to request approval on Amazon.com Seller Central
Submit an approval request with Amazon order confirmation(s)
When the Selling application for Brand page shows the checkbox allowing Amazon order confirmations with 50+ fulfilled (from anywhere on Amazon), you can use purchases from Amazon.ca to request approval on Amazon.com Seller Central.
Use the header control to switch marketplaces.
- 1Open the approval page
Use the button above (ASIN required) or go to Seller Central and locate the ASIN's Request Approval page on Amazon.com Seller Central.
- 2Check the "Selling application for Brand" criteria
Look for the checkbox text allowing Amazon order confirmations with 50+ fulfilled (combined). If present, documents from Amazon.ca are acceptable.
- 3Place or compile eligible orders on Amazon.ca (Canada)
Ensure your orders fulfilled (from anywhere on Amazon). Download your order confirmation(s) from your Amazon.ca account's order history.
- Brand/category should match the restricted product you're requesting approval for.
- Ensure your legal name and address match Seller Central details to avoid mismatches.
- 4Upload documents and submit
Back on the Selling application for Brand page, choose Amazon order confirmation, upload your file(s), fill any additional fields, and submit.
- 5Track approval and iterate if needed
Watch for a decision in Seller Central. If denied, review the reason, increase count or clarity, and re-submit.
